The goal of this class is fun, movement and confidence building.

 

This class details the fundamental steps of American Cabaret belly dance as well as costume design and stage presence for beginner belly dancers.

 

The impact level is personalized for each individual.

 

Class attire is bare feet and clothes that allow for full range of motion. A scarf to tie on hips is beneficial.

 

The class is designed to have fun while introducing new dancers to the world of belly dance and all of its charm.

 

This class will improve self-esteem, creativity, flexibility and individuality.  There is absolutely no experience necessary in any field of dance or exercise.  Body size does not matter and all ages are welcome to participate.
